Nick Laverty is a distinguished exercise physiologist and remedial massage therapist with over 18 years of experience in the allied health. Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and has advanced diploma in remedial massage therapy. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of clients. He has worked in clinical setting, with elite athletes and professional sporting teams seeking peak performance and individuals recovering from injuries.

Nick's holistic approach combines evidence-based exercise science with therapeutic massage techniques to promote optimal health and recovery. His expertise includes developing personalised fitness programs, providing targeted massage therapy, and educating clients on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
